Susan Bernstein amazes me with her overall knowledge of computers. She can figure out complicated stuff that she comes across for the first time, within a very reasonable amount of time.
She saved all my valuable photos, videos and documents that I had on my Smartphone by copying them to my computer, because I had to delete them from my phone as I was running out of storage space.
Several years ago she also had transferred all my important documents from my laptop to my desktop, via networking the two computers together.
Not only is Susan smart, she is also very honest, nice and fun to work with.

When I came to her, I thought that I had lost my entire hard drive. My computer was infected with several viruses, including one that hid my files and made it look like they had disappeared. I have known Susan Bernstein for the past 19 years and her knowledge of computers is extraordinary.  Over the years, but more importantly very recently, Susan has saved my personal laptop, which was infested with viruses  She spent days working on it to restore it to its original state, having to do all updates and programs on it which was extremely time- consuming. As of late, my sons computer died but once again with one phone call Susan was over and took the computer apart, changed hard drives, did all the current updates and resuscitated it.  Then there was another computer in the house which was just left to go on siesta and Susan took it and fixed that one too.  There are no words to describe how helpful Susan is.
